Practical details and build

Made from 600D rPET with ripstop reinforcement, this thermal backpack feels sturdy and holds shape when loaded. It features padded construction, two front straps for carrying small items, a spacious main compartment with double zip fastening, plus two side mesh pockets and adjustable shoulder straps for comfort. The PEVA-lined interior provides thermal insulation and the bag measures 280 x 400 x 160 mm with a capacity of around 16 litres.

Branding and decoration guidance

Decoration can be applied to the external panels to increase brand visibility. Available print techniques include digital transfer and transfer. Typical decoration areas are the front panel, top section and exterior side panels, and there is scope for marking on straps where appropriate. We can advise on artwork set-up, suitable print sizes and colour separation to ensure your logo reproduces clearly on the textured fabric.
