A recycled ABS bluetooth speaker is a compact portable audio device made from recycled ABS plastic that plays music and handles calls through its built-in microphone. Practical details and build

This compact speaker has a cylindrical form and is constructed from recycled ABS for a solid, slightly textured finish; overall dimensions are ø60 x 52 mm and it is supplied in a 65 x 63 x 75 mm gift box that can double as a smartphone stand. It includes a 52 mm driver, USB-C charging, micro SD and 3.5 mm inputs, and a built-in microphone for hands-free calls. The grille is supplied separately in the box and is fixed in place once attached.

Branding and decoration guidance

Branding can be applied using digital UV or pad printing to the grille and the speaker body, with a maximum of 13 decoration colours. The grille provides the most prominent imprint area on the front; the surrounding body also accepts smaller logos or text. We can advise on artwork layout and the best print placement to ensure your logo reads well on the curved surface.
