Construction and fit

Made from polyester with mesh panels, this cap has a lightweight, breathable feel and a soft-but-structured crown. The fabric weight is approximately 150 g/m2, with a size of 580 mm and an adjustable plastic clasp at the back for a secure fit. The mesh helps with ventilation while the polyester maintains shape, making it suitable for prolonged outdoor use by teams and event staff.

Branding and decoration

Branding is applied to the front decoration area using techniques such as 3d embroidery, digital transfer, dye-sublimation, embroidery and transfer. The cap supports up to 13 decoration colours.
